WSET Level I
Perfect for wine enthusiasts and trade professionals who want to expand their knowledge beyond the basics. No previous wine study is required. Learn how to serve and store wine plus the principles of food wine pairing. You’ll learn the main styles of wine like dry vs sweet, sparkling and fortified along with and common grapes with their characteristics like Chardonnay, Cabernet, Riesling, Syrah, and more.
You’ll learn the systematic approach to tasting wine while understanding how to describe each wine using the Level 1 tasting grid.

WSET Level II
Learn in-depth about the wine regions of the world, the classic grapes, viticulture and winemaking. You’ll learn the characteristics of all the major, and several minor, grape varieties of the world; the styles of wine they produce; and how to use label information to understand a wine’s quality and style. You’ll also learn how wine grapes are grown, how wine is made and the differences between the key sparkling, sweet and fortified wines of the world. And you will taste! You’ll learn proper tasting technique and practice with six wines each session.
